Warranties
We stand behind our products and want to make sure they meet and even exceed your expectations. If you purchased a pair of waterproof golf shoes from agameglobalsports.com that are now leaking, and you have not misused or mistreated them, you are eligible for a replacement pair. A-game stands behind all of its products. If any manufacturing defect has resulted in the product not performing. We offer 100% warranty against defects.
Please note that we will test all warranty claims to validate their integrity. If your shoes are visibly misused or mistreated or they are clearly not leaking, the claim will be denied. If that turns out to be the case, the shoes will be returned to the user at the user’s expense.
If a warranty claim is upheld and the shoes are to be replaced, and are no longer in stock, we will issue a gift card -- up to the value of the original purchase of the shoes.
What if the shoe I order doesn't fit? (A-Game Size Guarantee)
We understand that shoes are a difficult product to buy online because the fit can be very important, so to help overcome that difficulty, we not only are shipping orders to you for free, but if you’re unhappy with your pair for any reason, we’ll ship the correct pair to you for free as well. It’s our A-Game Size Guarantee! Just follow the easy Online Order Return Policy to return your current pair and then order the correct size from the website.

Price Adjustments?
You’re choked. Why? You just received your brand new pair of 'kicks' in the mail, played a round in them, went back to the product page to write a review, and there you noticed that the same pair is now selling for $20 cheaper. If only you waited!
No worries. If the price drops within 14 days of your purchase, we’ll issue you a gift card for the value of the difference. Just email orders@brisole.com with your order number, full name, and email address. This offer is not valid when using promo codes for discount.
Order Confirmation?
After placing an order you will be sent a confirmation email displaying all the details of the order. Please make sure that your email address is typed correctly during checkout, otherwise, well, you obviously won’t receive the confirmation email.
Also make sure to check your junk mail folder if the confirmation email is not in your inbox. If still you don’t see the confirmation email, email customer support at info@brisole.com before re-checking out.
Online Order Return Policy
If you are not absolutely satisfied with the A-Game products you bought from our online store agameglobal.com, you have 30 days to return the unused items for either a full refund to your credit or gift card. We'll also give you a $10 credit for the return shipping.
You can use whatever shipping method you like to get the items back to our warehouse address. Once we receive your returned items, verify their unused condition, and original packaging, we will then refund your credit or gift card to the value of the purchased items.
